These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the RevenueGuard Consultancy Limited website (www.rg-consultancy.co.uk) and to the general engagement of our credit control and cash flow consultancy services. By using this website or instructing RevenueGuard Consultancy Limited (Company No: 17204847, of 38 Rein Road, Morley, Leeds, LS27 0JA), you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
RevenueGuard Consultancy Limited provides credit control and cash flow consultancy to small and medium sized businesses, including:
- Proactive credit control, managing invoice follow up from issue to payment
- Outsourced credit control, including weekly account reviews and debtor reporting
- Overdue invoice management and recovery, acting as agent on the client's behalf
- Cash flow consultancy and process improvement
- Customer onboarding and credit risk guidance
- Ad hoc consultancy support
Specific engagements are agreed individually with each client, including scope, fees and any additional terms, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
Pricing and Payment
Package pricing starts from £250 per month, with a free initial business review offered to all prospective clients. Ad hoc support is available from £35 per hour, subject to a minimum of two hours. Invoices for our services are payable within the terms agreed at the start of the engagement, typically 14 days.
Overdue invoice recovery instructions are subject to a separate 10% success fee on amounts recovered, as set out in the specific instruction terms provided to clients using that service.
No Long Term Lock In
Our standard packages carry no long term lock in beyond any agreed initial fixed term. Clients may give written notice to end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice period agreed at the outset.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for RevenueGuard to carry out the agreed services, and to respond to reasonable requests for information in a timely manner. RevenueGuard is not responsible for delays or shortfalls in service arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Confidentiality
We treat all client and debtor information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will only be used for the purpose of delivering the agreed services or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
RevenueGuard Consultancy Limited will act professionally and diligently in delivering its services, but does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, such as the recovery of any particular debt or improvement in payment behaviour by a client's customers. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, profit or reputation.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
